Tell a story on the plate...and convey the human story behind it

L'Epick is a restaurant and living space in the heart of the old "Industry district" in Vaise (Lyon 9th). After a multi-cultural childhood, travels abroad, and a professional reconversion (major of class in 2009 of Culinary Arts at the Paul Bocuse Institute), I decided to settle down in the capital of Gastronomy in order to to share my know-how and my daily inspirations.

It is on the Craponne market (west Lyonnais), among others, where with my team, we find inspiration by discussing with Arnaud, Estelle, Didier, Christine, Serge, Bertrand, Charlène, Paul and so many other producers.

This human contact, and the stories of the women and men behind the products that we modestly try to enhance on a daily basis, is the common thread that motivates us and shows the way when arriving at the restaurant every day.

We mainly work with local products (less than 100km) and emphasize “made in France”.
